HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A CUSTOM SUIT?

The entire process takes just weeks, from your first visit to our showroom to final delivery.

Your custom garment is typically delivered within four to six weeks.

You will be provided with an estimated delivery date and our Style Advisors will contact you when your custom suit arrives.

We understand that some orders are extra special.

If you need your order faster, such as for a wedding or graduation, please contact us to arrange rush delivery.

 

WHAT IS BESPOKE CLOTHING?

The term 'bespoke' dates back to 18th century England.

It is derived from the verb 'bespeak', to speak for something, in the specialized meaning 'to give order for it to be made'.

In fashion, it is reserved for individually patterned and crafted men's clothing, analogous to women's 'haute couture', in contrast with mass-manufactured ready-to-wear or off-the-rack.

Bespoke clothing is traditionally cut from a pattern drafted from scratch for the customer, and so differs from ready-to-wear, which is factory made in finished condition and standardized sizes, and from made-to-measure, which is produced to order from an adjusted block pattern.

Since the development of ready-to-wear in the beginning of the twentieth century, bespoke clothing is generally accompanied by a high quality of construction.

 

CAN I ORDER A THREE-PIECE SUIT WITH A VEST?

Yes, you can add a vest or waistcoat to any order, in any fabric that you like.

 

DOES ERIC SANA CUSTOM HOUSE OFFER OFF-THE-RACK SUITS?

No, we are a bespoke tailor, meaning every garment is custom.

What we create is handmade to your specifications.

Once your measurement profile is in our system there shouldn't be any reason to ever buy an "off the rack" suit again.

 

CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM SUITS FOR THE LARGER MAN?

Yes, Eric Sana Custom House customers come in all shapes, sizes, and ages.

Our products are customized and tailored according to your measurements.

There are no limitations with regards to large or small measurements.

 

CAN I CREATE A PROFILE WITH MY MEASUREMENTS FOR USE WITH FUTURE ORDERS? 

Yes, and in fact this is the way we work.

Once you are confident about your measurements, they will be associated with your account until you tell us to change them.

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We are 100% committed to working with you until you are fully satisfied.

Each one of our garments is custom made specifically for you and we cannot offer full refunds.

Exceptions are ties and pocket squares, which may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as they have not been worn and with a valid receipt.
