Shipping

For standard (non-custom) items:

FedEx Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
FedEx Expedited Shipping: 2 business days (for orders placed by 2 p.m. ET)
FedEx Express Shipping: 1 business day (for orders placed by 2 p.m. ET)

For custom-made items:

These items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. Occasionally, due to supply and demand issues with certain fabrics, delivery time could be as long as 4 weeks. Should such an issue arise, we will notify you immediately of the potential delay, and work to deliver the item(s) to you as soon as possible.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

If one of our products fails to meet your expectations in any way, please call us at 1-877-999-7262 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. Whether we need to repair it, replace it or refund your money, we will happily do whatever is required to deliver on our customer service promise.

We do ask that all returns and exchanges be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please indicate on your receipt whether you are seeking a refund**, gift card, or to exchange the item***.

 

Shirts sent back to us by mail must be returned in the condition in which they were originally received. Garments returned to us in poor condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

If you would like to exchange any item, we will ship your new merchandise as soon as the original is returned to us.
